HR Manager Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 Benefits Location: The Wirral We are seeking a skilled HR Manager to oversee HR functions in the UK and across international locations. This role will focus on employee relations, performance management, compliance, and leading a small HR team, ensuring alignment with company values and culture. Key Responsibilities: Employee Relations & Engagement: Act as the main contact for employee relations matters, handling concerns professionally and efficiently. Attend disciplinary meetings and provide expert HR advice. Foster an inclusive company culture, supporting engagement initiatives and monitoring employee morale. HR Strategy & Development: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives across all locations. Partner with management to provide guidance on performance, career development, and retention. Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations in each location. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and adjust company policies accordingly. HR Metrics & Reporting: Develop HR metrics to assess employee satisfaction, performance, and retention. Provide regular reports to senior management on key HR activities and outcomes. Key Deliverables: Effective management of UK employee relations, including disciplinary actions and policy implementation. Support HR matters in international locations. Lead and develop a small HR team. Maintain performance management and appraisal processes. Report on key HR metrics such as absence and turnover. Skills & Qualifications Required: Expertise in UK employment law and employee relations, ideally within fashion or retail. Proven experience in leading and developing a small team. Passion for continuous learning and delivering business objectives. Strong alignment with company values and a drive for high-performance standards. Team player with strong collaboration and relationship-building skills. CIPD Level 7 qualification required. What's on Offer?
