We are looking for an eCommerce Manager to join our growing team. You will be passionate about eCommerce and design, and we’ll give you the opportunity to learn, develop and progress your career.
Your role will include (but not be limited to):
1. Management of our eCommerce office, channels and platforms.
2. Managing, supporting and developing our operations team of 3.
3. Ensuring product listings are efficient, best practice, and updated regularly.
4. Growth and development of website, using best practice SEO, Google analytics, PPC etc.
5. Continually looking for operational efficiencies and new product opportunities.
6. Stock monitoring, and the construction of stock offers and incentives.
7. Account & payment reconciliation.
8. Supplier liaison to ensure accurate information, image, brand and operational relationships.
9. Lead all new mission critical projects.
10. Be the contact point for internal and external stakeholders for E-Commerce.
11. Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting and analysis.
12. Competitor and pricing analysis.
13. Identifying new marketplaces and revenue streams and managing the process through to launch.
14. Continuous learning and development across key platforms to remain a specialist.
What you will need:
1. Experience in SEO, Google analytics etc.
2. Obsession about growth and increase revenues.
3. Experience in using CRM systems, with experience in Linnworks being a distinct advantage.
4. At least 2 years of experience in managing marketplaces like Amazon, Amazon Vendor, Ebay etc.
5. The ability to manipulate large data sets to provide analysis, reporting, performance monitoring and insights.
6. Highly proficient Microsoft Excel skills (CSV, Pivot Tables & V Lookup).
7. Process orientated, analytical thinking.
8. Tenacity and inquisitiveness and continually looking for the next revenue stream.
9. High motivation levels, ambition, attention to detail and ready to make your mark.
10. Good educational background with at least 6 GCSE’s or equivalent.
In essence you will be tasked to manage the day to day running of the E-Commerce platforms and be tasked to grow the existing operation and profitability. You will have strong commercial acumen, together with the energy and perseverance to work in a fast paced, continually evolving environment.
