Role Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 support to students with SEND, including Autism and learning difficulties.
* Support students inside and outside the classroom, focusing on their development.
* Lead targeted interventions to boost academic progress.
* Collaborate with teachers, families, and third-party professionals to deliver tailored support.
* Assist with behaviour management to ensure a productive learning environment.
Essential Requirements:
* A 1:1 or 2:1 Linguistics degree from a leading UK university.
* Previous experience working with children is preferred.
* Confident and supportive in managing behaviour and engaging with SEND students.
* Proficiency with PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and effective communication skills.
* A proactive, creative, and team-oriented approach to work.
