Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs?\nCoba Education is looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated supply team, supporting a range of schools across Northamptonshire.\n\nThe Role:\n\nAs a SEN Teaching Assistant with Coba Education, you’ll have the opportunity to work flexibly across a variety of schools, supporting pupils with a wide range of needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges (SEMH).\n\nYou may be:\n\n * \n\n Providing 1:1 support for students with EHCPs\n\n * \n\n Assisting with small group interventions\n\n * \n\n Supporting class teachers in adapting materials and activities\n\n * \n\n Helping pupils to develop confidence, independence, and engagement in their learning\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\n * \n\n Experience working with children with SEN (in school, care, or community settings)\n\n * \n\n A calm, patient, and adaptable nature\n\n * \n\n A genuine desire to help young people reach their full potential\n\n * \n\n Relevant qualifications or training are desirable but not essential\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\n * \n\n Competitive daily rates and weekly pay\n\n * \n\n Flexible work to suit your lifestyle\n\n * \n\n A dedicated consultant who values your skills and listens to your goals\n\n * \n\n Opportunities to work in a variety of school settings\n\n * \n\n Ongoing support and optional CPD opportunities\n\nWhether you're an experienced SEN TA or just starting your journey in education, we’d love to hear from you
