HW Finance is currently representing a true global leader within their field to recruit an Interim Senior Finance Business Partner within the Group finance team. This business is an international player within the Tech/SAAS industry with various entities across Europe, Aisa and Americas. The role will play an integral part in their future 3 to 5 year business plan and will help shape strategy in relation to various post-acquisition integration projects. The assignment will report to the Group FD with a dotted line to the Project Manager however there will be significant interaction with C-suite on a regular basis. The role will start in January 2025 for a 3 to 6 month period on a day rate basis, the assignment will be varied and include but not exclusive to the below: Business partnering a wide variety of teams, reviewing performance supporting operational model changes, and wider finance transformation. Provide analytical support and challenge to wider departments. Analysis of financial and operational performance and KPI metrics; highlighting trends to drive improvements in business profitability and the performance of two business units. Produce and develop financial models and KPI reporting, developing the reports in-line with business requirements. Play a key role in the forecasting and annual budgeting processes, working with the wider business and ensuring this is delivered in agreed timescales. Working closely with the rest of the finance department to ensure management accounts are representative of business performance. Involvement in many ad-hoc business initiatives; providing commercial challenges and analytical support. Improving the commerciality and financial awareness of non-finance teams. Utilisation of advanced Excel models and Power BI. Driving change throughout the Finance function and the wider business, identifying and rectifying risks and implementing new processes to enhance financial controls and efficiency The successful candidate will have the following experience/qualifications: Good understanding of Financial Controls, analysis and Financial modelling Ability to build effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders (internal and external) Ideally a qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) Practical experience of identifying and delivering change in a large corporate environment Understanding of key strategic business drivers, regulatory constraints, and finance processes.
