An integrated creative agency is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their busy and growing team. This is a Fixed-Term Contract role for 12 months, with the potential to extend the contract and/or become a permanent role, based on business needs and performance.
This is a full-time role but the agency is open to part-time hours too – 32.5 hours/week over 5 days.
As Senior Account Manager you’ll work with the agency’s largest client, supporting the development of key account plans, managing and executing regional and global multichannel and omnichannel campaigns, all whilst maintaining strategic oversight and accountability for account performance.
Day-to-day responsibilities include -
* Accountable for portfolio performance and individual account health, growth and client relationships.
* Support the delivery and execution of client work across the full marketing mix.
* Provides strategic direction, challenging the account teams and clients when required.
* Develop an in-depth understanding of clients and their businesses, identifying new ideas and initiatives to drive growth.
* Manage and develop an Account Executive, providing support in career conversations and personal development.
About you
You’ll have experience within a marketing role (either agency side or in-house), currently acting as an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager or similar role. Working knowledge/exposure to the food and beverage industry is beneficial.
