Joining us as an Associate PPM Network Planner
As an Associate Planned and Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Planner you will be working with expert Network Maintenance Planners to understand the complex CityFibre Network Infrastructure and importantly, how to audit, maintain and remedy network issues and upgrades to keep critical services operational. You will be agile and customer-centric in supporting futureproof decision-making.
You’ll receive a salary of up to £27,500, a car allowance, a performance related bonus, and a range of benefits to support you across your financial, physical and mental wellbeing.
This is some of what you can expect to be doing:
1. Quality check PPM designs produced by CityFibre Design Partners for consistency and quality
2. Survey designs produced by CityFibre Design for suitability and cost-effectiveness
3. Review as-built documentation produced by CityFibre Build Partners
4. Assist Fibre Network Planners and Delivery Manager with day-to-day tasks and reporting
5. Support out of hours and weekend maintenance activities, to ensure the least disruption to our customers
6. Key support to ERS restoration and triaging, providing work instructions, drawings and SLD’s where required
What you’ll bring to the role

5. Flexibility for out-of-hours work to accommodate planned maintenance schedules and the demands of a PPM workstream
