The vacancy Join Our Team as a skilled and experienced Roofer/Ground Engineer Contract : Permanent Hours : 40 hours per week Location(s) : Worcester and surrounding areas We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Roofer/Ground Engineer to join our Repairs team. In this varied role, you will take pride in delivering outstanding service while carrying out a wide range of roofing and grounds repairs and maintenance tasks across our domestic properties. Your essential specialist skills will contribute to the repair, maintenance, and renewal of roofs and guttering works, ensuring that value for money and high-quality standards are achieved. What we're looking for Strong practical skills and first-hand knowledge of roofing trades, including roof covering replacement and leadwork. Flexibility to adapt to varied tasks and an ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently. A proven track record of completing repairs to high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Excellent customer service skills and a people-oriented approach. Comfort working in a social housing environment. Outstanding work ethic and the ability to complete tasks independently without close supervision. A full, clean driving licence. You'll also need an enhanced DBS check (we'll arrange this for you), and the right to work in the UK. If you have qualifications, we'll need to see the original copies of these.
