Responsibilities The Support Administrator is integral to the smooth running of the wider recruitment operation and will assist an established support team as a multifunctional asset. The role provides a great breadth of insight across many areas of the business. Including, Facilities, Operations, Compliance, Recruitment Support and general administration. As a confident and proactive individual, the Support Administrator has day to day contact internally across all departments and externally with candidates, contractors and clients. Approachability and attention to detail are key, enabling you to build strong relationships and ensure prioritised tasks are completed efficiently in support of the wider business and our workforce. Typical daily tasks include: Ordering office supplies and interaction with suppliers Responding to and directing website enquiries Sending out internal merchandise/material to new starters Ordering and distribution of company branded workwear/PPE Recruitment administration, including formatting of CV’s on Microsoft Word Additional administrative and coordination tasks as required Logging IT and recruitment database cases and resolving internal issues Assisting with the management of supplier relationships to maintain the condition of the office – arranging for repairs when necessary Checking emergency lights and weekly fire alarm testing Continual upkeep and maintenance of CRM system Assistance and involvement in projects, working with and supporting the Operations Support team Suitable Candidates Ford & Stanley are open minded on the levels of experience required to become a support administrator. We want individuals who genuinely want to make themselves busy, are keen to learn and want to take on responsibility.
