The ideal candidate will serve as a member of the Sr. Software Development team. You will work alongside a team of programmers to code programs that meet the needs of the company or client. Upon developing the necessary skills, you will be working as a key member of our team executing projects for the world’s largest production companies.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Lead technical design discussions and provide guidance on software architecture and best practices.
* Develop and implement algorithms for real-time localization. – Specifics given on application.
* Design and optimize path planning algorithms for autonomous navigation. – Specifics given on application.
* Oversee system integration between hardware and software components.
* Collaborate with international teams to align project goals and timelines.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to navigation systems.
* Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate firmware with hardware components.
* Familiarity with international project coordination.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster professional growth and ensure code quality.
* Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, and integrate relevant advancements into the development process.
* Participate in Agile methodologies, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
* Understanding of software testing methodologies and experience with automated testing tools.
* Create systems as needed.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
* Basic knowledge of a programming language’s syntax.
* Basic knowledge of a database management system.
* Professional program certification in Microsoft .NET framework (C# or VB.NET) is strongly preferred.
* Ability to quickly learn development languages.
* Can adapt to changing software requirements.
