Then reach out! Kingston Barnes is now recruiting an exciting position for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer for one of our clients working within the Avonmouth area.
The Company:
A well-ran and strategic food manufacturer with a solid place in their market. They have a great customer base and supply to big named supermarkets. Their main focuses revolve around hygiene and quality. Following a steady demand, they are now looking to expand their team.
The Role:
You will be responsible for carrying out routine reactive and planned maintenance on the manufacturing plant. You will also be expected to resolve any process issues that may arise and cannot be solved by the operators or need special technical assistance.
You will be required to undertake electrical and mechanical maintenance on production machinery to ensure the smooth running of the manufacturing process in a cost-effective manner whilst meeting strict Health and Safety standards.
Experience/Qualifications:
1. Educated to degree / HND level.
2. Qualified Multi-skilled Engineer with an electrical bias.
3. Experience of working in a food production environment.
4. Food Safety Level 3 Hygiene Certificate (Desirable).
5. IOSH Certificate (Desirable).
6. Automation / PLC experience.
7. BRC experience.
