Scrum Master Location: London, UK (3 days in office)

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master. The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating the adoption of the Scrum framework and ensuring its effective execution by the project team. The Scrum Master will work closely with various stakeholders including product owners, developers, QA engineers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Guide and coach the project team on Agile principles, values, and practices.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure that the project team is utilizing Agile tools and techniques effectively.
Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to the stakeholders.
Encourage collaboration, transparency, and a culture of learning and growth within the project team.
Serve as a bridge between the project team and senior management, providing frequent updates on project progress, risks, and dependencies.
Identify and implement best practices in Agile project management to drive efficiency and productivity.
At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in the banking sector or a similar industry.
Experience of working in Agile release train in a scaled agile framework.
Strong knowledge of Agile principles and methodologies, specifically Scrum.
Experience in implementing and coaching Agile practices and frameworks.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a banking or financial services environment.
Strong understanding of Agile principles, values, and practices, with experience in Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
Experience with JIRA or other Agile project management tools.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions.
