About the Role
The successful candidate will work as part of a well-established team of 7, catering for the pub's fine dining restaurant. A significant amount of prep work will be involved, with an average of 70 covers daily.
Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Chef de Partie, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety
* Managing and training junior chefs
* Catering for 70 covers daily using locally sourced produce
* Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar establishment or a formal restaurant background. The ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of quality in food preparation is essential.

Salary and Package
The salary for this position is £21,000 to £23,000 package
