You will be able to review current processes and implement process improvements which create efficiencies within finance whilst maintaining or increasing controls. You will partner closely with colleagues across the Business Service Centre (Manchester), wider finance (London), Technology Teams and Business Units. The role requires the individual to exhibit reporting & commercial awareness plus systems capabilities. Full study support for CIMA/ACCA What you’ll do Your key accountabilities will include: Analyse, identify and understand opportunities to optimise processes. User Acceptance Testing for business and continuous improvement initiatives Implement measurable improvements to processes/activities with a clear benefit. Ensure all processes are mapped and standard methodologies are identified. Build a strong relationship with the Change & Control Team ensuring any improvements implemented either maintain or increase controls. Who you are Your skills and experience will include: Demonstrable experience of Continual Process Improvement, tools and automation. (eg ChatBots, PowerBI) Experience of working within Finance Teams (part qualified CIMA / ACCA qualification or equivalent) Strong commercial awareness to identify any risks / opportunities to the business and make relevant recommendations to resolve. Experience of User Acceptance Testing Experience of working in a cross functional matrix environment with a variety of business partners on multiple projects.
