Thesuccessful applicant will:
* Guaranteeadherence to regulatory and statutory requirements and to thecompany policies andprocedures.
* Managethe kitchen team while making sure hygiene standards andhighquality services are achieved andmaintained.
* Beresponsible forordering suppliesfood andequipment for the kitchen;monitor and checkthe refrigerators and freezers temperatures. Keep records andreport any issues totheManager.
* Planprepare and cook all daily meals forresidents and staffconsidering anydietary requirements and nutritionneeds.
* Alsoplan prepare andcater for specialevents such as birthdays ensuring thehighest quality and presentation of the food served and making surethe residents are happy with the service delivered in thehome.
* Competeauditsand team supervisions.

Someonewho can deliver a level of care that truly comes from the heartmaking sure our residents never lose their dignity or sense ofindividuality as you get involved in general activities within theCare Home. And whether you are helping someone with limitedmobility to learn to use an aid offering emotional support to aconfused or distressed resident or delivering care to someone atthe end of their life you will always have their wellbeing in mindabove anything else.
