What the Job Involves The role involves contributing to an effective Adult social care service, conducting high-quality holistic assessments, and promoting people’s independence through person-centered interventions. You will manage caseloads, perform legal and statutory duties, and undertake assessments in line with established legislation. Additionally, you will participate in and lead service and practice improvements, ensuring that the quality standards are maintained. You will engage with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate integrated care, manage resource allocations, and maintain accurate and timely records. Furthermore, you'll be involved in supporting professional development, supervision of non-qualified staff, and delivering evidence-based practices, ensuring compliance with Havering's safeguarding policies and procedures.
