MacGregor Black is partnering with a Global Food Manufacturing business on the search for a HR Advisor. This is a role based in Stafford.
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Advisor to join our team in a fast-paced global food manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their HR career, with fantastic progression opportunities within an expanding organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day HR support and advice to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Assist with employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
* Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
* Maintain and update HR records, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
* Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth.
* Assist in HR projects, including engagement initiatives and process improvements.
* Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and effectively communicated.
What We're Looking For?
* Previous experience in an HR role, ideally within manufacturing, FMCG, or a similar fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
* Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
* CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential.
