We are supporting a growing company in recruiting a Contracts Administrator for a 6-month fixed-term contract (FTC). This role is based on-site during the training period (1-2 months), after which hybrid working arrangements will be available.
Key Responsibilities for the Contracts Administrator:
1. Working closely with internal teams to provide administrative support on contract-related processes.
2. Liaising with inbound B2B customers to keep them updated on the status of their contract submissions.
3. Setting up new customer accounts.
4. Arranging and scheduling engineers to site visits.
5. Updating contract processes.
6. Setting up contractors.
7. Managing workflow processes.
Key Skills for the Contracts Administrator:
* Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP experience.
* Experience in a commercial setting, ideally working with contracts.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks accurately simultaneously.
* Previous experience working with a high-volume workload.
