* Sustainability Reporting & Metrics – Support the collection, validation, and analysis of sustainability data, ensuring timely and accurate reporting for internal stakeholders and external compliance needs.
* Support Commercial Teams & Field Sales – Act as a sustainability liaison to field sales teams, supporting brand activation, sustainability-driven marketing initiatives, and customer requests on ESG-related topics.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with R&D, Supply Chain, and Commercial Teams to ensure sustainability is integrated into product development, packaging, and consumer messaging.

Experience you’ll bring:
* Strong experience in sustainability program management, ESG reporting, environmental compliance, or a related field.
* Proven ability to manage certifications, track key sustainability metrics, and translate strategy into action.
* Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple initiatives.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience engaging cross-functional teams and external partners.
* Ability to work independently while maintaining strong connectivity with North America-based leadership.
* Experience in CPG, personal care, or household goods is preferred.
