POSITION SUMMARY SGK in Speke is looking to recruit 3 x Project Planners to project manage packaging and artwork from initiation to project completion, on time and to the agreed quality standards. You’ll also be responsible for identifying and taking advantage of opportunities to streamline the process and act as a buffer to eliminate issues downstream. It is highly preferable the Project Planner has GMP experience and understands the complexities of the pharmaceutical supply chain process. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the management and coordination of Life Cycle Management (LCM) related projects, tech transfers, MAT, etc. and actively collaborate in the PCAP process Own and drive projects as required, taking the lead and delivering client expectations on time in full Own, initiate and manage the printed packaging material (PPM) workflows using BLUE (change control management tool) in line with requirements from ALRPs and Supply Chain Lead the project changes by making decisions in relation to packaging implementation dates, with a strong understanding of grace periods and regulatory approvals Responsible for the execution of tasks associated with the PPM management process Responsible for assisting in the oversight of the creation, control and implementation of primary, secondary and tertiary PPM for External Manufacturing and/ or manufacturing sites Serves as a liaison between the LCM organisation and the artwork studio to identify opportunities for improvement, issue resolution and development of solutions Responsible for developing relationships and serving as a liaison with various organisations, including but not limited to regulatory, package engineering, planning/ scheduling, procurement, suppliers and manufacturing Downloading/ uploading relevant documentation within the online approval system Adhering to GMP standards at all times Manage the supply chain relationship, organise and chair daily and weekly Supply Manager review meetings and ensure expectations are met Engagement in internal/ external audits, customer complaint investigations and continuous improvement activities Observe health & safety and security procedures, ensuring the workplace is free from hazard and report any potentially unsafe conditions QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS Be a strong communicator, both verbal and written skills and have a positive approach Have good organisational, prioritisation and planning skills Be PC literate to a high level- ideally Microsoft Office/ SAP /workflow management skills Be experienced in handling Marketing Authorisation Holder (MAH) transfer projects Be able to project manage and act on their own initiative to solve problems and resolve queries Be highly client focused and make decisions regarding projects within your control Be a self-motivated, proactive team player, highly driven to deliver the highest standard of customer service Be detail driven in a highly regulated and procedure-based environment Must complete GMP and other associated training as required Have the ability/ willingness to travel to client/ Schawk locations on occasions Maintain a positive and enthusiastic approach and provide support to team members as necessary Maintain a high level of professionalism, appearance, good conduct and punctuality and be pro-active at all times This role has no supervisory responsibilities but does involve giving clear project leadership and direction to other team members LI-DB SGK is a global packaging and brand experience company.
