Closing Date for Application: Thursday 27/02/2025 Reporting directly to the Managing Director, Underfloor Heating with a functional reporting line to the HR Director – Climate Management Systems, the HRBP will support the Combined underfloor heating management team to integrate effectively and manage the people agenda for the business, in line with Group strategy and CMS Business unit alignment. As the first point of contact for all HR matters at Under Floor Heating sites with headcount of c.180, the role has accountability for the full range of HR activities, including supporting managers in dealing with all people issues effectively and implementing organisational change and process improvements. Responsible for delivery of the HR strategy through coaching and supporting effective leadership to influence continuous improvements in all aspect of the employee journey (from hire to retire) whilst enabling the business to achieve business objectives and striving to ensure the company’s reputation in the local community is that of an employer of choice and where people aspire to work. The role would be based from the Under Floor Heating site in Honiton, Devon.
