I am working with a specialist distribution company who are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in their German sector. This role is ideal for an ambitious sales professional with a passion for business development and account management.
Day to Day of the role for the Regional Sales Manager:
* Maintain and grow sales within the existing customer base and establish new routes to market.
* Open up new product opportunities to existing customers.
* Identify and secure new business within target markets, broadening the product portfolio’s appeal.
* Communicate and negotiate at all levels, from research to after-sales.
* Manage your own time effectively, including booking appointments and journey planning.
* Work within tight deadlines and to target, meeting both financial and non-financial KPIs.
* Collaborate with distributors to market new and existing products effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications for the Regional Sales Manager:
* Fluent in English; German speaking is desirable.
* Experience within the German and wider European market
* Accomplished salesperson who is self-motivated, engaging, confident, and eager to succeed.
* Positive outlook with the ability to communicate and negotiate at all levels.
* Proven track record in market research and lead generation.
* Capable of managing own time and appointments with effective journey planning.
Benefits of the Regional Sales Manager:
* £38-£42k basic
* Salary uncapped, guarantee £12k initially, due to grow
* £500 per month car allowance.
* 20 days holiday, moving to 25 days after 3 years of service
* European travel quarterly, otherwise hybrid working from office in Kent.
* Potential to grow into other European territories
