Manpower Print & Packaging Division are currently retained on behalf of one of our prestigious partners, a global, industry leading brand within their field. We are looking to recruit an experienced HR Manager, based on site at Newcastle-under-Lyme.
Key Responsibilities:
* Shape and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
* Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, retention, and payroll for UK and Australia.
* Manage compensation, benefits, and employee relations, ensuring legal compliance.
* Drive staff development, engagement, and performance management.
* Collaborate with senior management and external partners on HR and compliance matters.
* Lead disciplinary actions, terminations, performance appraisals, and staff budgeting.
* Maintain HR systems, monitor metrics, and support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
* HR or Business Administration; CIPD Level 3+ required.
* Experience with compensation, benefits, and managing HR teams.
* Strong knowledge of HR systems, employment law, and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Skills:
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
* Strong interpersonal, strategic, and organisational skills.
