We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person to join our Customer Services Team for a full time position Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm, with flexibility to work Saturdays, depending on business needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Handling and resolving customer queries received via phone and email
* Making outbound calls when necessary to confirm delivery dates with customers
* Accurately updating customer records using our in-house Transport Management System
* Collaborating with the team to ensure all KPIs are met while consistently delivering a high level of customer service
