In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across the organization, from day-to-day HR operations to strategic HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities: HR Operations: Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies. HR Projects: Lead and implement HR projects, such as process improvement initiatives, talent management programs, and organizational change initiatives. Health and Safety: Contribute to the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures. Strategic HR: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives. The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in HR, ideally within a professional services environment. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. A proactive and solutions-oriented approach. CIPD qualified (desirable).
