Due to Maternity Leave, we are looking for a Delivery Manager within the System Coordination Centre to Support the coordination of System resilience across the Hampshire and Isle of Wight ICS, in order to manage operational pressure for the Health and care System. You should have experience of working in a fast pasted pressurised environment. Be able to work on own initiative, but also be an effective team player and be able to manage multiple and changing priorities in a busy environment. Main duties of the job Support the coordination of System resilience across the Hampshire and Isle of Wight ICS, in order to manage operational pressure for the Health and care System through the development and delivery of integrated Operational Plans. You will use your knowledge, and experience to build meaningful relationships with partners to Develop and support the delivery of Operational & System Resilience Plans across the System. Main Duties include but are not limited to: Supporting the function of the SCC to maintain a single point of contact and access across Hampshire and Isle of Wight ICB Supporting day-to-day operational resilience in coordinating the System in terms of flow and escalation ensuring appropriate plans / actions are in place at pace and undertaken as required Significantly contribute to the ongoing improvement of health services, helping to secure high quality service provision by identifying need and redesigning pathways so that patients receive the best possible care. Identify opportunities for service improvement through research and investigation, benchmarking, assessing delivery against best practice and comparing against best value service models.
