Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights. (London Weighting may be applicable)

Job Introduction
This is an exciting opportunity to join the BBC's Group Reward team to lead and shape the benefits agenda across the BBC, in the UK and Internationally, for BBC News, Radio, Sport, iPlayer, BBC Sounds and our commercial teams who produce and distribute some of the best content on television, audio and film. We're looking for someone with deep expertise who will work closely with the Group Reward Director and the wider Reward team to enhance the employee experience and overall BBC proposition to ensure that our benefits and recognition offer is competitive and compelling and fit for the BBC of the future.
Main Responsibilities
* Development and delivery of the BBC's benefits and recognition strategy applicable to 60+ global locations, reflecting local market context and our diverse employee population.
* Identifying and capitalising on opportunities to enhance our benefit and recognition programmes and provision, including communications, engagement and ROI. Bringing fresh thinking and innovation from the outside.
* Leading a new team of Benefits Specialists (x2) within the Reward team. Senior member of the Reward leadership team and wider BBC HR function.
* Collaboration with colleagues in other internal teams to ensure high quality delivery of all aspects of the benefits and recognition programmes.
* Building relationships with our third party providers to create partnerships which create real value for the BBC and our employees.
* Oversight of cost and budgets for benefits and recognition, creating opportunity for new initiatives and reinvestment.
Are you the right Candidate?
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following key skills and experience:
* Proven experience leading the design and delivery of employee benefits and recognition programmes, in an international context and / or complex matrix organisation.
* Ability to create a compelling proposition reflecting different market needs and a diverse employee base.
* Adept at managing numerous, diverse stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally.
* Understanding of people experience design for processes and services.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to plan multi-channel communication campaigns working with internal communications and external partners.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data (qualitative & quantitative) and drive evidence-based decision making.
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to delivery.
* Agile and adaptable, with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
* Passionate about developing people and fostering an inclusive environment.
* Collaborative mindset with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement.
