Who?
We need someone with experience of working in an office environment to provide and maintain a high-quality service to customers seeking access to housing services.
What will you be doing?
Receiving, recording and processing enquiries from members of the public and others in connection with the Housing Services.
Maintaining accurate records, including the inputting of data into the Orchard Housing Management System for day-to-day repairs, planned maintenance projects and energy.
Administering departmental and Council-wide systems for services provision and monitoring. To include the office systems for housing inspections, housing complaints, void management, repairs, rent accounts, rents arrears, lettings and estate management activities.
Providing clerical and administrative support to ensure delivery of service standards to customers.
What do you need?
Experience of working in a customer service environment.
Good ICT skills and strong attention to detail.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
