We are currently looking to appoint a new IT Developer based out of our Salford offices. Basic Salary - upto £30,000 dependant on experience Pension, Life Assurance & much more. – Please see our generous remuneration packages below This role would suit a Junior starting out their development journey, The successful candidate needs to have a keen interest in software development, must be organised, reliable and be able to work independently to meet required deadlines. We expect the candidate to grow in the role so training and support will be given. The role will evolve by working alongside our current development team supporting the business with software development, data analysis, and reporting, working to deliver cost and time efficiency solutions, across the whole development stack. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement new in-house software applications and enhancements to existing systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new applications. Implement efficient coding practices and optimize existing code. Conduct testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and performance. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues with software applications. Useful knowledge in C# ASP.Net (WebForms), Microsoft SQL Server 2016 Experience with Visual Studio, GIT Source control, Microsoft Excel (Query Builder/VBA) would be preferred but not essential Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
