OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR | 6-MONTH CONTRACT | SCOPE FOR EXTENSION | BLACKBURN | FULL-TIME | £25,500 PA Your New Company A finance company based in Blackburn, Lancashire, is looking for an Operations Administrator to join their team due to business expansion. As they seek an experienced Administrator with a keen eye for detail and a passion for customer service. They offer training in the Asset Finance industry, supporting SME growth in the UK. Working pattern is Monday to Friday 09:00am – 05:00pm with hybrid working after probation. Your new role: As Operations Administrator your duties will include and may not be limited to: Preparing and prioritising payouts of finance opportunities. Sign transactions within delegated time frames. Support colleagues in other administration teams as needed. Assist in training and supporting colleagues. Work closely with the Payout Manager/Team Leader. Perform other duties as required. What you need to succeed: Excellent attention to detail. Good time management and organisational skills. Confident in written and telephone communication. Hardworking, punctual, and positive attitude. Previous administration experience. Strong interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
