Equans is looking for a Mobile Air Conditioning Supervisor to join our team covering across the North of England on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle and benefits package.
As a Mobile Air Conditioning Supervisor you will have qualifications in HVAC and experience as an Engineer working on commercial buildings, you have a full driving licence and be willing to travel across the Northern part of England to respond to our customers needs and be knowledgeable to fix them.

What will you deliver?
1. Ensure all PPM is carried out in accordance with the maintenance specification and documented in real time using the PDA to log start/wait/stop completion and travel times
2. Ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed regarding PPM, reactive and breakdown works
3. Update customers CAFM system in real time with start/wait/stop completion times and provide full description of works undertaken
4. Ensure reactive tasks throughout the sites are completed and be proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made
5. Ensure that plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order
6. Ensure that suitable spares are available to carry out both maintenance and reactive works
7. Undertake Point of Work Risk Assessment (POWRA) prior to starting work evidencing it is safe to proceed
8. Ensure the provision of a Safe and Healthy working environment
9. Supervising and monitoring of sub-contractors works whilst they are on site undertaking maintenance
10. There will be a requirement to work out of hours to fulfil our maintenance commitments of our customers
11. To attend site in response to breakdowns or failures of the equipment outside of normal working hours (call outs). Take part in the regional on-call rota
12. Undertake regular audits of vehicle / tools to ensure they are in safe working order, including all test equipment is in date

Who are we looking for?
24. A recognised industry qualification will be required, and previous experience is essential
25. HVAC qualified
26. Ideally IOSH qualified
27. Asbestos awareness
28. MEWP Licence (preferable but not essential)
29. First aid trained (preferable but not essential)
30. Must have a full clean drivers licence
31. Must be available to participate in an out of hours standby rota
32. Good communicator within Equans, the clients, other service partners and suppliers
33. Computer literate
This role includes an enhanced DBS check with barred lists therefore ability to pass is essential.
