Your Role
As my client's HR Manager, you'll work closely with the Managing Director, providing expert HR leadership while delivering hands-on support across the South West. You'll play a key role in shaping workplace culture, ensuring compliance, and supporting managers in all areas of HR.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensuring outstanding HR service delivery.
* Provide expert advice on HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
* Manage recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
* Handle payroll operations efficiently.
* Lead on employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance matters.
* Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and aligned with legislation.
* Build strong relationships across all levels, fostering a positive work culture.
* Travel to dealership sites to provide tailored HR support (company vehicle & mileage included).
What We're Looking For
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Outstanding interpersonal skills and an empathetic communication style.
* A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently.
* Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience) is highly desirable.
