Looking for a rewarding new job with satisfaction that you'd struggle to find anywhere else? You're in luck, as we're looking for people like you to join our amazing #TeamBackHilton on a full-time and part-time basis!
The Role
You'll become part of one of our friendly and dedicated teams who supports individuals with physical and/or learning disabilities who live in their own shared home. The great thing about this job is no two days are ever the same.

You'll also provide support with their hobbies and interests too, including music, drama and arts & crafts along with walks out in their local community.
About you
Here at Cornerstone, we don't recruit on experience and qualifications; we're more interested in what you as a person will bring to our team! We'll pay you for your training and give you all the practical skills you'll need. We'll even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification and yearly SSSC registration fees too!
We are ideally looking for individuals with a full UK driving license with at least 1 years' experience on the roads as some of the people we support do have mobility cars, however this isn't a deal breaker for the right candidates.
All we’ll need you to bring is:-
* A caring and compassionate attitude
* The ability to work well in a team
* Good communication and organisational skills
* An excellent grasp of the English language (written & spoken)
* A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
* Confidence in the use of computers
Shift Patterns
As we're dedicated to providing around the clock support tailored to the needs of each individual, our services do support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Shift patterns will involve early mornings (from 0700 hours), days and evenings. Weekends, public holidays and sleepovers will also form part of your rota on a rotational basis.
Our sleepovers don’t form part of your contracted hours, so you will receive an additional payment of £96 for every sleepover shift you work.
Please note that we are unable to work these contracted posts around a university or college timetable.
Sound interesting? What are you waiting for? Apply today, we can't wait to hear from you!

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy.
