Role: Estate Planning Team Leader Position
Salary £28,000 to £33,000
Type: Full-time (37.5 hours, Monday to Friday)
Work Model: Hybrid, with location in Bristol
Role Overview:
At CRA Consulting, we're proud to represent a leading legal firm in their search for an Estate Planning Team Leader. This role is integral to the continued success and growth of the firm's Estate Planning department. As a Team Leader, you will oversee a talented team of legal case managers, utilizing management information (MI) to ensure performance standards and client satisfaction are consistently met. This role requires a leader who embodies inclusivity and supports the professional development of their team. Prior legal expertise is not essential; we're looking for candidates with a background in team leadership within any professional services industry.
Your Responsibilities:
* Direct supervision of 8-10 legal case managers, including regular individual meetings and performance evaluations.
* Analysis and application of MI for strategic decisions and service improvements.
* Effective case allocation and capacity management.
* Resolving client complaints and maintaining HR records.
* Collaboration with various teams, including senior leaders, within the firm.
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in leading a team within the legal or related professional service sector.
* Ability to drive team performance in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of handling complex discussions.
* Proficient in building relationships at all organizational levels.
