Job Description
The key responsibilities:
1. Inputting a high number of customer orders on a daily basis, onto the system
2. General reception duties
3. Managing customer enquiries and emails
4. Liaising with transport companies for deliveries
5. Greeting visitors
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Administrator should have:
1. Proven work experience as an Office Administrator or Customer Services Administrator
2. A welcoming, friendly and engaging disposition, and approaches their work with a positive and professional outlook
3. Previous data / sales order input experience
4. Good working knowledge of office and administrative procedures and systems
5. Some experience of working on Reception will be a benefit
6. Experience in a customer service led environment
7. A high level of personal presentation and appearance
8. Act with initiative and happy to work in a hands-on environment
What's on Offer
1. An annual salary in the range of £26,000 - £28,000
2. A supportive and positive workplace culture
3. Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
4. Permanent position
