Job Title: Service Coordinator
Type: Permanent role
Location: Based in Thatcham
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 dependant on experience
This is a very well established family run business with years of trading history, working within the engineering/manufacturing sector aimed at equipment for hospitals and funeral homes.
It's a small team with a great reputation in their market place, and they are looking for a key individual to join the busy sales and customer service office.
Responsibilities:
1. Taking calls and responding to emails from customers requiring engineer call outs to repair their equipment.
2. Contacting customers to arrange their yearly maintenance schedule.
3. Entering data on to an excel spreadsheet, referring to serial numbers and purchase orders, and scheduling appointments for engineers.
4. Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
5. Communicating with customers and engineers via telephone and email.
Requirements:
1. Experience in a customer service or sales administration role with scheduling engineer appointments.
2. Strong Excel and general MS Office skills.
