Hours: Full-time, 36 hours
Job Status: Fixed Term to 31st March 2026 (potential to extend)
Location: Home-based, with expectation of travel nationally where required
Salary: £55,797.41 per annum

Skills for Care has an exciting opportunity for a learning and development professional with substantial management experience to join our wider Workforce Learning and Development Team as a Programme Lead, managing our multi-disciplinary team to support learning solutions and delivery in the adult social care sector.
You will be responsible for delivering on an exciting portfolio of strategic activity designed to:
* Improve and expand our learning and development offer for the sector.
* Lead and develop our learning solutions and the colleagues with subject matter expertise contributing towards this.
