We’ve recently implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM and are seeking an experienced CRM manager to develop campaigns that enhance customer LTV through upsell, cross-sell, and retention strategies. This hands-on role involves creating audience selections, automations, emails, tracking, and reporting. You'll collaborate with our marketing and digital teams for content and campaign landing pages, support acquisition activities, nurture journeys, and ensure the CRM system's evolution and effectiveness across the business. Robust process management and regulatory compliance are key.
