Are you interested in a varied role, in a vibrant Community supporting adults with learning disabilities in shared living and meaningful work?
We are looking for 4 people to join our team as Care & Support Workers or Co-leaders in our shared houses.
Successful candidates will be working in partnership with live-in volunteers. Tasks will include assisting with personal care, cleaning, house admin, support plans and taking people on trips out/appointments. A driving licence is essential for this position.
We are looking for people who are able to work flexible hours. This role will include a mix of mornings and afternoon/evening shifts, and a shift every second weekend.

• you are experienced in care & support and/or feel you have the openness and aptitude to learn about our work and life-sharing approach.
• you are organised, have good communications skills and are able to work well as part of a team.
• you are experienced in leading and working collaboratively with a small team.
• you are willing to support in a range of ways, including with some aspects of personal care.
Successful applicants will be required to undergo clearance for working with vulnerable adults (PVG).
