Job summary Clive Medical Practice is looking for an enthusiastic efficient and forward-thinking Operational Support Officer (OSO) to support the existing Management Team. This is a new role that will be vital in ensuring our administrative functions remain well supported. Main duties of the job The role will entail direct responsibilities in key areas, along with back up support and assistance in some vital admin and patient record areas. This is an exciting post which will play a fundamental part in the smooth running of the Practice and will provide the post holder with the opportunity to demonstrate their skills within a supportive and proactive team. The post holder will work very closely in support of the Practice Manager whilst also being responsible for routine tasks around EMIS patient system that will include: Records Management Insurance / Medical Report Management GP2GP Management Registration Workflow Management Reception and Administrative Support Scanning/ Filing of Post/Electronic Post as required. Premises Support and Checks Provide cover for Reception as required. Assist in data required to enable, monitor, report, and audit QOF. Provide Support for wider roles.
