Role and Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities:
1. Reseller Behavior Analysis: Analyse reseller behavior and preferences by examining demographics, purchasing trends, product usage data, spending habits, loyalty metrics, and other relevant factors.
2. Portal Management Assistance: Assist the CRM Operations Manager in maintaining the portal by uploading content and providing close support to the European subsidiary to ensure portal activity.
3. Partner Portal Optimization: Enhance the partner portal by evaluating user interactions and generating regular reports for team review, facilitating collaborative efforts to enhance portal functionality and user experience.
Skills and Qualifications
What we need for this role:
* Good understanding of CRM systems and management skills, preferably Salesforce
* Strong analytical skills
* Strong database management skills
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Access and Excel
* Ability to problem solve and ownership of a project
* Ability to work well in groups
* Ability to multitask
What does success look like?
* Reseller Behaviour Analysis – Regular report to be shared with CRM Operations Manager and the team
* Keep the portal with the latest contents
* Progress to be checked with CRM Operations Manager and the team on a regular basis
