Position Overview As a Project Corrdinator at Thingtrax, you will manage the successful implementation of our cutting-edge solutions, which integrate hardware, IoT, vision systems, and software. This role will ensure seamless project execution by coordinating resources across the organization, managing supply chains, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, enabling them to understand and address customer challenges while applying lean manufacturing principles. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and customers. Key Responsibilities Project coordination to oversee the end-to-end implementation of Thingtrax solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations, addressing queries, and fostering strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate internal resources across the organization to ensure the right team members are assigned to the appropriate projects. Manage human resource allocation to balance workloads effectively and optimize project success. Own and manage the supply chain for hardware devices, ensuring timely delivery to support project milestones. Work closely with vendors and internal teams to maintain efficient procurement and inventory management processes. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, leveraging manufacturing expertise to understand their pain points and align Thingtrax solutions to their needs. Facilitate smooth communication between customers and internal teams, ensuring alignment and satisfaction. Qualifications and skills Experience working directly within the manufacturing industry. Knowledge of lean principles and their application in manufacturing environments. Proven experience in project coordination or management, particularly in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Familiarity with IoT, hardware systems, vision systems, and software integration is beneficial but not essential. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building positive customer relationships.
