Customer Success Specialist – UL Solutions
UL Solutions are looking for this role which can be partly based from their office in Compass House, Vision Park.
The Customer Success Specialist, Advisory will help customers achieve their goals and ensure their satisfaction with the products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with at least 3+ years of experience managing a portfolio of clients in a SaaS or tech environment, servicing customers through strategic calls and engagements. This role requires using knowledge and relationships from guiding post-sales implementation of software products/services to collaborate with the account owner on renewal strategy.
The responsibilities include coordinating post-sale activities to ensure customers are effectively adopting and utilizing software solutions. The Customer Success Specialist will serve as a single point of contact for post-sales services and ongoing relationship support for assigned customer contacts. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in creating and executing successful action plans to meet our customers’ goals and/or resolve issues.
