Week 1:
Sunday, 07:00-15:45
Week 2:
Saturday, 04:00-12:45
Note: This job role involves working early mornings, and we cannot consider applications from anyone under the age of 18 to comply with relevant health and safety legislation.
Unsocial Hours Premium: £3.00 per hour for hours worked between 22:00 - 06:00.
Purpose:
To deliver a great shopping experience for our customers, we are looking for colleagues who put customers before tasks while championing and promoting our products. As the face of the business, you will help us continually improve by being the voice of our customers.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Serve our customers efficiently, both on the shop floor and at service points.
2. Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring that our shelves are always stocked with product.
3. Monitor and deliver on daily sales targets, priorities, promotions, and selling opportunities.
4. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations, and deliver remarkable service throughout their visit.
5. Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services.
6. Utilise all digital tools and communication channels to deliver for the customer every time.
