Car Sales Executive - Hertford
Basic salary - 18000, OTE - 49,000 on target.
Working hours - Mon-Fri 8.30am until 6.00pm, Sat 8.30am until 5.00pm, and Sunday Rota 10.00am until 4.00pm.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive with a minimum of 3 years experience in the motor trade to join our client's fantastic sales team in Hertford. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and developing new business with the overall aim of increasing sales and profitability.

Sales Executive Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate new business by researching potential customers and their needs.
2. Analyse the market and develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
3. Negotiate with potential customers to secure the best outcome for the company.
4. Maintain contact with existing customers, and up-sell additional products and services.
5. Ensure that customer service levels are maintained.
6. Work autonomously and as part of a team.
Sales Executive Skills Required:
1. Previous experience in car sales (3 years minimum).
2. Proven track record of success in achieving targets.
3. Ability to develop relationships with customers.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Good organisational and time management skills.
6. Creative problem-solving skills.
7. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
