As the Senior ICT Buyer, you will support the Commercial and Procurement manager to develop a supplier management framework that meets the council's digital needs. You will take a strategic approach to ICT Supplier Management, ensuring innovative, cost-effective, and high-quality products and services are delivered. What we're looking for: IACCM qualified or working towards; or equivalent degree, knowledge, and experience. Proven experience leading IT end-to-end sourcing activities and effective supplier management. Technical and practical knowledge of Public Contract Regulations and Framework Agreements. Our ideal applicant will also have excellent negotiation skills, the ability to develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and management experience to deliver key objectives.
