Key Responsibilities
Project Management
* Manage projects safely, on time, and within budget.
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address issues.
Procurement and Technical Oversight
* Oversee procurement processes for materials and subcontractors.
* Ensure technical submissions and approvals for plant and equipment.
Health and Safety Compliance
* Develop and implement risk assessments and method statements.
* Ensure all activities adhere to health and safety regulations.
Financial and Stakeholder Management
* Monitor budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to meet project requirements.
Reporting
* Provide detailed updates and reports to the Directors.
