Senior Office Administrator / Document Controller

Please see below a list briefly describing what you will be involved in:
* Administration: This will include reception responsibilities as well as dealing with mail, collating timesheets, and ensuring office supplies are ordered.
* HR support: Ensuring personnel files are maintained, staff holidays recorded, etc.
* Accounts support: Uploading invoices and ensuring documents are sent to the Accounts for processing.
* Marketing: Create and update the company’s social media.
* Commercial Administration Support: Support the Bid Manager as required with estimating documentation. Maintain subcontractor database and ensure certification validity.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
* The ability to effectively communicate with different members of staff.
* Ability to use initiative.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn quickly with any other software.
