Position as a Senior Town Planner As a Senior Town Planner in the Birmingham office, you will have the opportunity to work for a very broad range of clients, including urban residential developers, housebuilders, affordable housing providers, land promoters, retail operators, industrial and commercial developers, asset managers, investors, universities, schools, Government agencies and Government departments, amongst many others. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage town planning projects from inception to completion. Provide expert advice on planning policy, development proposals, and site appraisals. Prepare and submit planning applications and appeals. Mentor and support junior team members.Essential Criteria for the Senior Town Planner: RTPI accredited degree (or equivalent) and Chartered Town Planner status. Proven experience in town planning, preferably within a consultancy or local authority setting. Strong understanding of planning policy and regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
