We’re currently supporting a small, family ran Nursing Home, seeking a new Nursing Home Manager to take over from their long-standing Matron, who is now taking a step back. This role includes a 36-hour working week, no on call, and a competitive 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
Key Responsibilities of a Nursing Home Manager:
Overall running of the home; including budgets, staff management, quality and compliance. Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries. Building Relationships and Communication with residents, relatives and external stakeholders. Build strong relationships with CQC and the local authority. Building and maintaining high occupancy. Maintaining minimal agency usage.Nursing Home Manager Requirements:
An active RMN / RGN pin. Experience in Nursing Homes is essential. Experience working with the Elderly and or Dementia residents. Ambitious and motivated individual. Strong leadership. Good track record with CQC. Computer literacy.Benefits:
Salary up to £48,000 Small, stable Nursing Home. Family ran provider. Potential bonus scheme – TBD. No on call. 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
